A typical project with Software Tool Company involves a complete software application design and implementation.

This would typically include:

1. Performing requirements research such as identifying and interviewing all the key stake holders in the software application
2. Writing application specifications, possibly including prototypes, that describe the application to be implemented.
3. Complete application implementation using either C# and .NET technology or C++ and MFC technology.
4. User and maintenance documentation, and
5. Debugging and final approval of application functionality.

We can provide any of the above steps individually for existing projects.

We also like to stay involved until release "1.1" to make sure any possible problems are worked out.

We can provide all of the services using an STC network of experts, or work with existing teams in the client company; Or both.

Most of the work in the past 15 years has revolved around a Graphical User Interface Implementation (GUI).

 

 

Sailboat Systems  

As a sideline, we provide certain sailboat systems installation and repair, on a "time available" basis in central Massachusetts. For example, electronics, electrical management systems, fuel management systems, etc.
